Non-Liability for Shipping Delays

At EarthDecor.in, we partner with trusted third-party courier services to ensure timely deliveries. However, we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, government restrictions, or any unforeseen logistics challenges.

We provide an estimated delivery timeline along with a tracking number once the order is shipped. While we make every effort to support and expedite the delivery process, we appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Order Cancellation, Alteration & Refusals

  • Orders can be cancelled or altered only within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Any refusal or non-acceptance will be treated as a return.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are refused or not accepted at the time of delivery, EarthDecor reserves the right to deny future COD orders from the customer.

  • For Prepaid Orders, if the order is refused at delivery or returned undelivered, EarthDecor is not liable to issue a refund.

  • Any re-delivery request for a returned/refused order will be subject to additional charges, including both forward and return shipping as well as re-packing costs.
